Daele started at LPI in an administration role before moving into Sales Support, where she became a key point of contact for both customers and distributors. In this role, she built a reputation for delivering excellent customer service and developing strong, long‑term relationships across LPI’s network.
With a solid understanding of the full order lifecycle, Daele works very closely with production and administration to ensure orders are processed quickly, accurately, and as smoothly as possible. Her ability to coordinate across teams helps keep operations running smoothly and customers well supported.
Daele is now primarily focused on internal projects and marketing initiatives, using her experience and business knowledge to improve processes and support LPI’s ongoing growth, while still providing trusted support to customers and distributors when needed.
