Bec began her journey at LPI in 2014 as an Administration Assistant while completing her Diploma in Human Resource Management. Her dedication and versatility quickly became evident, and in 2018 she transitioned into the production team as Production Administrator.
Over the years, Bec has played a pivotal role in streamlining operations and driving efficiency across the business. Her leadership and deep understanding of production processes led to her promotion to Production Manager in 2023.
Today, Bec oversees all aspects of purchasing, production planning, and scheduling, ensuring seamless coordination across departments. In addition to her operational responsibilities, she also manages HR functions and team leadership, making her an integral part of LPI’s strategic and day-to-day success.
