Franco has served as LPI’s Chief Technology Officer since 2013, bringing almost three decades of specialised expertise in lightning protection and earthing systems. During a career spanning both Australia and the United States, Franco has worked across the full spectrum of the industry—from cutting-edge research and product development to real-world applications and consultancy services.
A recognised thought leader in his field, Franco has delivered numerous seminars and technical presentations both nationally and internationally, and has authored over 100 published technical papers. His work continues to shape industry best practices and inform global standards.
Franco is an active member of IEEE and IEAust, and contributes to standards and code-setting committees in Australia, Europe, and the United States. His deep technical knowledge, global perspective, and commitment to innovation make him a driving force behind LPI’s technology leadership.
