Joel joined LPI in 2021 as a First-Class Machinist, bringing with him a strong technical foundation and hands-on experience in precision manufacturing. With a Certificate IV in Engineering and several years of industry experience, Joel quickly demonstrated leadership and operational excellence, earning a dual role as Workshop Coordinator.
Working closely with Bec and the production team, Joel plays a key role in ensuring that workshop operations run safely, efficiently, and with precision. His attention to detail and commitment to quality help maintain smooth production workflows and uphold LPI’s high standards in manufacturing.
