Phil is an experienced engineer and IT professional with over 30 years working across electrical systems, software development, and technical support. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) and is a Member of Engineers Australia (MIEAust).
Early in his career, Phil worked on electrical network design and automation projects, including asset management systems and remote control technologies. He later moved into the surge protection space, where he helped develop power protection products and engineering software tools.
Phil also spent many years providing IT consulting and custom software solutions, earning certifications in network design and software development along the way.
Since joining LPI in 2020, Phil has focused on IT support and infrastructure, while also contributing to R&D projects, developing software that integrates with LPI’s latest surge protection technologies. His mix of engineering know-how and digital skills helps keep LPI’s systems smart, efficient, and future-ready.
